Suggested Use

The droppers in our tincture bottle are graduated in 0.25mL increments up to 1.0mL. We consider 1.0mL to be daily dose, but you may require more or less.

We further recommend dosing in 0.25mL or 0.5mL increments. Smaller doses more times per day will likely be remain effective in your system longer. We encourage you to explore dosing to find what works best for you.

I bought this for pain management for endometriosis, but instead, I found myself using it to help me fall asleep.
Unfortunately, it does not use my endometriosis pain (attempting to do so ended up getting me insanely high and still with pain. So I don't recommend it for that).
But what it is good for is easing anxiety and for helping me fall asleep/stay asleep.
Five stars, even though it doesn't help my pain, my pain might just be unique. It is strong as ****, though.

This was the first cbd tincture that had thc and it surprised me how strong the effects were, I'm not a light weight but this crept up on me and b4 I new it I was feeling good. I took a little more then the recommend first time use dose and was very enjoyable, as far as the cbd effects I noticed it helped me knee and back pain I have almost go away as well as fatigue pain I get in my hands when I'm working was significantly less noticeable, I now use this on an almost daily basis and works great for me, would highly recommend!
