Suggested Use

The droppers in our tincture bottle are graduated in 0.25mL increments up to 1.0mL. We consider 1.0mL to be daily dose, but you may require more or less.

Everyone metabolizes cannabinoids differently.

We further recommend dosing in 0.25mL or 0.5mL increments. Smaller doses more times per day will likely be remain effective in your system longer. We encourage you to explore dosing to find what works best for you.

I love this stuff! I can’t believe I actually found something truly helpful!! This helps relaxe me and put me to sleep at night. I took it and forgot about it. An hour went by and I started feeling so calm, relaxed and I had a “high” feeling and I was like WHOAAA. LoL! I had forgotten I took it and I was wondering why I felt so relaxed and then i realized it’s the Super Spec 4500. I love it! I’m a full figured 5’7” , 235lb female. I took almost the .75 dose. It’s best to Start with a low dose, and find your sweet spot. if you start with too much of a higher dose then FAFO, hahaha. I will order more and let my mom know! She has aches & pains (hip & shoulder) being in her 70s. Thank you!!!
